What you probably need to do to fix this problem is get a tech saavy co founder who can go in and tweak the permissions.
You art submission is broken. Looks like you won't be getting my wall papers.
I just went to the Admin Area settings screen. Managed to add you as Contributor and allowed members to submit artwork to "Features" automatically.
